Refunds and Returns
Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item, or an incorrect item in your package, we require that you contact us within 48 hours. If no attempt to contact us via email and/or telephone is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all items will be deemed received & accepted. You can return item(s) for refund, exchange, or store credit. All items MUST be returned in the same condition the items were received, in new, and unused condition (No Exceptions). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that appear to be opened, used, or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
