How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and manage appointments, deliver and follow up on treatments, process payments, send transactional and (with your express written consent) promotional communications, improve our services, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Third-Party Systems

We use trusted third-party systems to operate our scheduling and calendar bookings, client communications (SMS and email), payment processing, analytics, and secure recordkeeping. These providers process your personal information on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Mobile Information Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that directly support our core operations (such as our SMS messaging platform, appointment scheduling system, and message-delivery providers) is permitted strictly to provide the services you have requested. All other use case categories — including SMS originator opt-in data and consent — are excluded from third-party sharing. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Program purpose. Our SMS program is operated by SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa and is used for: (1) appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and treatment follow-up; (2) account notifications and customer service replies; and (3) promotional offers, membership announcements, and seasonal specials. Messages will be sent from (725) 257-5552, a 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered to SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa.

Opt-in methods. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa using either of the following methods:

Confirm your communication preferences on the final step of our online appointment booking flow at skinlv.com.

By opting in via any of these methods, you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa at the mobile number provided, including informational and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-in confirmation. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message identifying SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa, describing the message types you will receive, stating that message frequency varies, noting that message and data rates may apply, and including instructions to reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.

Photographs & Treatment Imaging

With your consent, we may take photographs of treated areas before, during, and after your appointment for clinical purposes, including treatment planning, recordkeeping, and quality assurance. These photographs are stored as part of your treatment record and are treated as confidential health information. We will not use your photographs in marketing materials, social media, or advertising without your separate written consent, which you may decline or revoke at any time without affecting your access to treatment.

Membership & Loyalty Program Data

If you enroll in a membership or loyalty program (such as Essentials, VIP, or Elite), we collect and store program-related data including enrollment date, tier level, payment method on file, benefit accrual and usage, and cancellation history. This information is used solely to administer the program and is governed by the same privacy standards described in this policy.

Data Retention

Medical and treatment records are retained for the period required by Nevada state law and applicable healthcare regulations. SMS opt-in records, consent timestamps, and opt-out records are retained as required for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and medical recordkeeping obligations. Under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 603A), Nevada residents have the right to direct us not to sell certain categories of their covered personal information to third parties. As stated above, SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa does not sell personal information. Categories of Covered Information (Nevada NRS 603A)

Under Nevada law, "covered information" includes identifiers such as your first and last name, physical address, email address, phone number, and Social Security number, along with payment information and any other identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted physically or online. We collect and process these categories of information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa does not sell covered information.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed security breach involving unencrypted covered information, SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa will provide notice to affected individuals in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes 603A.220, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services HIPAA Breach Notification Rule (as applicable), and any other applicable federal or state law.

Marketing Choices & Communication Preferences

You can update or withdraw your marketing preferences at any time. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or email us at Info@m.skinlv.com. Opt-out of marketing communications does not stop transactional communications necessary to deliver services you have requested, such as appointment confirmations or account-related notices.

Children's Privacy

Our services, website, and SMS program are not directed to children. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Clients under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment or communications from us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
